Welcome to Tripay LLC (“Tripay,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy, Return & Refund, Shipping, and other related policies (collectively, the “Policies”), govern your access to and use of our website, online store, mobile applications, customer support channels, and all merchandise-related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

1.1 Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” “you,” or “your”) and Tripay LLC. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, all related Policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 Services Overview

Tripay LLC is exclusively a retail merchandise provider, offering high-quality physical goods, including, without limitation:

  • Luggage, suitcases, and travel bags

  • Technical and performance travel apparel

  • Outdoor, adventure, and camping gear

  • Travel accessories and organizational tools

  • Branded apparel, headwear, and limited-edition merchandise

Tripay does not provide travel planning, digital products, or third-party booking services.

1.3 Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or of legal capacity in your jurisdiction

  • Possess the authority to enter legally binding agreements

  • Use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Policies

1.4 Account Registration

Account holders must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

1.5 Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scraping techniques without permission

  • Misrepresent identity, shipping, or billing information

All trademarks, logos, content, graphics, images, videos, software, and other media on the Services are the property of Tripay LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

Tripay LLC is not liable for:

  • Supplier or manufacturer defects or omissions

  • Shipping delays, lost or damaged merchandise

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of products

Tripay’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid directly to Tripay for merchandise purchased.

1.8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.


2. PRIVACY POLICY

Tripay collects and processes personal information solely to provide, enhance, and secure merchandise retail services.

2.1 Information We Collect

  • Contact information (name, shipping & billing address, phone, email)

  • Payment and transaction information (processed securely)

  • Device, IP, and usage data

  • Communication and support interactions

2.2 Use of Information

  • Process orders, refunds, and returns

  • Manage accounts, preferences, and customer profiles

  • Provide customer service and resolve disputes

3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

3.1 Merchandise

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for unused, undamaged items in original packaging

  • Custom or personalized merchandise is non-refundable

  • Refunds issued after inspection; shipping fees may not be reimbursed

3.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Notify Tripay within 72 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase

  • Tripay may replace items, issue store credit, or offer alternatives

3.3 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Tripay will assist with carrier investigations and customer support but is not legally liable for loss or damage.


4. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Domestic and international shipping available

  • Delivery estimates provided; delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Merchandise cancellations allowed before shipment

  • Once shipped, standard return and refund policies apply


6. COOKIES & TRACKING

Tripay uses cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to improve user experience, performance, and marketing. Users may manage cookie preferences in their browser.


7. FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in account termination, collection actions, and legal proceedings. Tripay retains all documentation to contest disputes.


8. MERCHANDISE DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

  • Product descriptions and images are illustrative only; slight variations may occur

  • Tripay is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from use

  • Warranties, if provided, are offered in accordance with manufacturer terms


9. MODIFICATIONS TO POLICIES

Tripay reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Policies at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
