This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Tripay LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Tripay,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Policy governs all retail transactions occurring through Tripay’s authorized platforms, including but not limited to tripay.world, tripay.shop, and any affiliated digital or mobile interface (collectively, the “Sites”).

This Policy forms an integral component of the Tripay Terms of Service. By purchasing any merchandise through the Sites, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) expressly acknowledge, represent, and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Policy in its entirety.

Tripay LLC is a global retail provider of travel gear, luggage, apparel, and outdoor adventure equipment. Tripay does not provide travel bookings, ticketing services, itinerary planning, or any form of reservation-based travel facilitation.


1. Scope & Applicability

This Policy applies exclusively to physical merchandise purchased through Tripay’s platforms.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Policy does not extend to:

  • Travel reservations

  • Travel consulting

  • Airfare, hotels, tours, or any service contracts

  • Third-party service arrangements

Tripay is a retail merchant. All transactions pertain solely to tangible goods.


2. General Return Eligibility

Subject to the conditions herein, Tripay may accept merchandise returns within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery, strictly under the following circumstances:

  • Item remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

  • Item is returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, inserts, and protective materials intact;

  • Item shows no evidence of wear, scuffing, outdoor use, travel use, or environmental exposure;

  • Client complies with all procedural requirements outlined herein.

Items failing to satisfy the above criteria may, at Tripay’s sole and exclusive discretion, be deemed ineligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Goods

To maintain product integrity, safety, and hygiene standards, the following items are strictly ineligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Final-sale, clearance, or limited-edition products

  • Digital products

  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered

  • Opened hats, caps, hydration gear, sleeping gear, outdoor equipment

  • Luggage or bags showing any sign of usage, scuffing, wheel wear, travel residue, or external exposure

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Tripay reserves the unilateral right to expand or modify non-returnable classifications without notice.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or materially inconsistent with the order placed, the Client must notify Tripay within seventy-two (72) hours of documented delivery.

Client must provide:

  • Order number

  • High-resolution photographs or video evidence of the defect

  • Images of packaging, shipping label, internal protection materials

  • Tracking details and delivery confirmation

Upon verification, Tripay shall, at its exclusive discretion:

  • Issue a replacement of the same item; or

  • If the item is unavailable, extend store credit or a suitable alternative remedy.

Tripay does not issue monetary refunds for damaged/defective items unless mandated by applicable law.


5. Incorrect Merchandise Received

In the event of an internal fulfillment error, Tripay will:

  • Issue a prepaid shipping label for the return of the incorrect item; and

  • Dispatch the correct item upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Returned items must be unused and in original, unmarred packaging.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Deliveries

Upon shipment, custody transfers to the carrier. Tripay is not responsible for:

  • Delays attributable to postal or courier services

  • Theft post-delivery

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but claimed missing

However, Tripay will provide reasonable assistance by:

  • Initiating carrier investigations

  • Facilitating claim processes

  • Reviewing potential goodwill resolutions (replacement, discount, or store credit), subject to inventory and case assessment.

Tripay’s remedies under this Section are discretionary, not guaranteed.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be accommodated subject to inventory availability, product condition, and compliance with this Policy.
Return shipping may be the Client’s responsibility unless the exchange arises from Tripay error.


8. Return Shipping & Fees

Unless the return is due to a verified Tripay fault:

  • The Client is solely responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Tripay is not obligated to provide prepaid return labels


9. Digital Merchandise

All digital items distributed by Tripay are:

  • Final sale

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

Download logs, device IP activity, and platform access records may be used to verify digital delivery.


10. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Tripay maintains zero tolerance toward fraudulent returns, misuse of chargebacks, or abusive purchasing conduct.

Tripay may respond with:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Civil recovery actions

  • Reporting to payment processors and merchant banks

  • Legal proceedings in the State of New York


11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By transacting with Tripay, the Client expressly agrees:

  • To contact Tripay Support prior to initiating any dispute

  • Not to file chargebacks for merchandise delivered in accordance with this Policy

  • That Tripay will vigorously contest all chargebacks through submission of:

    • Order logs

    • Delivery records

    • IP access logs

    • Fulfillment documentation

    • Communications and correspondence

    • Photographic evidence

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in legal action.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Tripay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages;

  • Tripay’s maximum liability shall be limited exclusively to the amount paid by the Client for the merchandise in dispute;

  • Tripay is not responsible for product misuse, accidental damage, environmental exposure, or Client negligence.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy, and any dispute arising hereunder, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

This Policy applies to all retail merchandise, products, and goods offered, sold, or distributed by Tripay LLC, whether currently listed, subsequently introduced, or offered in connection with Tripay’s platforms. Such merchandise includes, without limitation:

  • Luggage & Suitcases: All sizes, materials, carry-on, checked, hard-shell, soft-shell, modular, and expandable designs.

  • Travel Bags & Organizational Accessories: Backpacks, duffel bags, crossbody bags, packing organizers, travel pouches, and storage solutions.

  • Technical Travel Apparel: Performance wear, weather-resistant clothing, travel jackets, moisture-wicking garments, and specialty travel fabrics.

  • Outdoor & Adventure Gear: Camping equipment, hiking essentials, portable shelters, sleeping gear, hydration systems, trekking aids, and multifunctional tools.

  • Headwear, Branded Clothing & Accessories: Hats, caps, scarves, gloves, branded apparel, limited edition apparel, and lifestyle accessories.

  • Specialty & Recreational Merchandise: Travel gadgets, portable electronics, travel-themed collectibles, limited-release items, and any merchandise associated with travel, exploration, or adventure.

  • Premium & Limited-Edition Items: Exclusive releases, collaborations, collector’s editions, seasonal offerings, and merchandise marketed as special or limited in availability.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Policy is not restricted to the foregoing categories. Tripay reserves the unilateral right to introduce, sell, or discontinue merchandise at its discretion. All such items, whether listed herein or not, are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
