Tripay LLC operates its e-commerce and digital commerce environment in partnership with Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, and ancillary services.

This Policy is designed to comply with all applicable domestic and international privacy regulations, including, without limitation, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK Data Protection Act, and other relevant global privacy frameworks.

Shopify operates as both:

  • A Processor on behalf of Tripay for customer data

  • An Independent Controller for cross-merchant analytics, fraud detection, and technical purposes
